Founder & President, GDB Group LLC

With over three decades of experience in the commercial high-speed door industry, Randy Gale is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of success. His career began in 1993 as a Construction Manager, overseeing concrete projects, factory renovations, and the installation of equipment, including high-speed doors.

In 1997, Randy transitioned into the role of National Account Manager and Director of Commercial Markets for a leading manufacturer in the United States. Over the next 25 years, he specialized in sales of high-speed doors, traveling across North America to forge partnerships with automotive dealership groups and parking companies. Randy played a pivotal role in executing national account pricing agreements with major automotive groups and manufacturers.

In February 2023, Randy founded GDB Group LLC, leveraging his extensive industry expertise and national connections to deliver top-tier solutions to clients. GDB Group LLC supplies and installs high-speed doors for new store builds, while also offering maintenance services and parts for existing locations. Notable clients include CarMax, with over 250 dealerships nationwide, and numerous auto groups across the country.

Expanding GDB Group’s offerings, Randy has launched GDB Lubricants in collaboration with partner Jody O’Donnell. This division supplies materials and equipment to service centers for CarMax and other dealerships nationwide, driving innovation and excellence in automotive services.

Randy & Jody’s commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction has positioned them as a trusted authority in their field. With ambitious growth projections for 2025 and 2026, they continue to lead GDB Group LLC into the future.

Brady Bell

GDB Group North America is pleased to announce the addition of Brady Bell as our Executive Vice President and Shareholder.Brady is a graduate of LSU and brings over 20 years of experience in the Automotive Dealership and Parking Markets.We are excited about the expertise and leadership he will contribute to our team.In his personal time, Brady enjoys golfing, traveling, Mardi Gras, and following professional and college sports.
